We have a 30 day return policy, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Mystery boxes in part or in full are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, tags attached, original packaging. We will not refund or replace items that become broken or damaged from use. 
If breakable item arrives broken, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Vintage clothing cannot be deemed faulty, appropriate care must be taken with these items.
if of course damage was overlooked on our end, you are of course allowed to return item.
Discounted, Sale & Clearance items are not elligible for refund.
please email with intent of return, with your name & purchase date. Return postage is sole responsibility of the customer.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed & a credit will be applied to your original form of payment.
